在 F45,我們相信「傾聽」是打造更好健身體驗的第一步。這次我們蒐集了來自會員的問卷回饋,針對課程時段、場館設施、課堂內容、會員方案與場內規範,整理出大家最常提到的建議與問題。我們團隊已逐一回應,並將部分建議納入未來的營運與課表規劃。以下是完整回饋整理與我們的回應:

課程時段與預約體驗

  1. Q:建議開放更多可以上課的時間,夏天到了常常滿班約不到想要的上課時段
    A: 我們會持續觀察每一時段的預約狀況,若發現前一天滿班或候補人數過多,會立即與教練協調加開課程或增加上限人數。不過每堂課的人數上限仍需配合當日總部的課表設計來安排,感謝你的理解與建議!
  1. Q:課程太快額滿了,很難預約到熱門時段
    A: 我們完全理解,熱門時段真的非常搶手!我們的課表會提前 7 天開放預約,而大多數熱門時段的課程大約會在課前 24~48 小時內額滿。如果你有偏好的上課時間,建議提早預約來保留位置。別忘了,若要取消預約,需在課程開始前至少 3 小時內完成,才不會被記一次違規。感謝你的理解與回饋!
  1. Q:平日上午能否開設11點課程?10點太趕,12:30太熱門
    A: 目前我們會依據每個時段的預約人數定期進行統計與調整,若未來11點時段出現穩定需求,我們會納入排課考量,謝謝您提供的寶貴建議!
  1. Q:希望課程時間可以調整為一小時,並新增晚間8:30或9:30課程
    A: 我們會評估是否能安排較晚時段的課程,課程時間是由總部設計並且全球統一,也是品牌的核心價值,用最有效率的方式完成訓練,謝謝您寶貴的建議!
  1. Q:課程取消時間太長,週末課可以再多一節下午課嗎?
    A: 我們在過去幾年曾測試過從 1 小時到 12 小時不等的取消時限,而「3 小時」一直都是維持最佳平衡的時間設定它能讓候補會員有實際的機會遞補進入課程。許多週末的課程在當天還是有空位可以訂,也是因為這個取消機制,我們會持續關注課程的報名情況,如果看到週末課程經常額滿,我們一定會考慮增加時段,感謝你的建議!

票券彈性與會員方案建議

  1. Q:希望堂數使用更彈性,如共用或不限制時效;或針對週末學員設方案
    A: 謝謝您的回饋,我們聽到了!確實有些會員希望課程方案比目前的一週一堂更加彈性。雖然現行的課程套票設計是為了幫助大家保持穩定運動,但如果你的套票即將到期,我們也提供付費展延服務,只要透過我們的官方 LINE 聯繫,我們會協助處理。我們也持續評估新的方案選項,未來若有推出新的會員套票,也會第一時間通知大家!
  1. Q:希望候補機制可直接照順序遞補;希望推出特別課程(theme class)
    A: 為避免學員未即時注意到候補成功通知而缺課,我們目前不採用自動遞補制度。這樣做是為了讓更多有意願參加的學員能主動確認與上課,我們曾經測試過這種方式,發現無論是一般會員還是套票會員,錯過上課的情況都很常見。特別課程我們一直都有在安排,也請特別留意社群與公告,謝謝!
  1. Q:希望特別課程能安排在晚上或假日
    A: 目前的特別課程會依照順序排在平日及假日的早上、下午、晚上,大安內湖也會同步執行,再煩請留意課程資訊!

場館設施與環境整潔

  1. Q:月費漲價,但場館品質未見提升,冷氣空調問題影響運動體驗
    A: 很抱歉讓您有不好的體驗!目前場館為租賃空間,無法直接更動硬體設施,因此冷氣維修與更新進度確實受到限制。不過我們已多次與房東協商,日前已完成冷氣馬達的全面更新,近期應該會感受到明顯改善。
  1. Q:1. 週末課難訂,是否增加課表? 2. 淋浴間與洗手間數量與用品過於簡陋 3. 優惠方案吸引力不足
    A: 感謝你詳細的回饋,這些意見對我們非常有幫助!我們正在密切觀察週末課程的預約情況,如果需求穩定增加,我們會考慮增開更多課程時段。同時,我們也在優化清潔排程與備品補充流程,並評估是否有進一步改善設施的空間。自 COVID 疫情以來,我們一直維持會員方案價格的一致性,以確保公平性與整體品質。不過我們也不斷思考如何為會員帶來更多價值,謝謝你抽空提供寶貴建議!
  1. Q:教練示範講話音量過大;有人沒帶毛巾或穿外出鞋;地板常髒
    A: 感謝你的觀察與提醒,我們會再強化教練的講話音量控管,也會加強場內規範的提醒與執行,例如穿著規範與毛巾使用,並加強場地的清潔頻率,讓大家有更舒適的運動體驗我,們以 F45 場館的整潔為傲,並將持續努力,為會員與來賓維持一個乾淨舒適的運動環境。

教學品質與課程內容

  1. Q:希望分配站位時混合不同程度學員,避免器材使用衝突;部分教練講話太大聲
    A: F45的內部培訓原則是盡可能讓不同程度的學員分配在同一站,但若在課程開始後才進場,教練只能以現場情況隨機安排,謝謝你的理解與提醒。我們也會再提醒教練注意語音控制與音響平衡,避免造成學員不適。
  1. Q:課前希望有更多課程內容介紹,避免選課時無法判斷是否適合

規範與安全建議

  1. Q:建議放寬遲到標準,對住遠需要開車的學員比較困難
    A: 我我們完全理解!通勤與停車確實會遇到挑戰。為了確保課程流程順暢且安全,我們仍會請大家盡量準時到場。不過,我們近期已做出一些調整:學員現在可以在課前伸展段落結束前入場。如果課程已額滿且您未準時報到,候補學員可能會遞補您的位置。我們會持續尋找讓規則更具彈性的方法,同時維持課程品質。感謝您的體諒與建議!
  1. Q:建議避免小孩進入健身房,較危險
    A: 的確,健身場地存在許多潛在危險,因此我們會更明確提醒所有會員避免孩童進入運動區域,確保大家的安全。

Member Survey Feedback Summary: Building a Stronger F45 Together

At F45, we believe listening is the first step to creating a better fitness experience. We gathered feedback from members through a survey covering class schedules, facilities, course content, membership plans, and gym policies. Our team has responded to each suggestion and is integrating some into future operations and scheduling. Below is the complete summary of feedback and our responses:

Class Schedules and Booking Experience

  1. Q: Please open more class times. In summer, classes are often full and it’s hard to book preferred time slots.
    A: We continuously monitor bookings for each time slot. If we find classes are fully booked or waiting lists too long, we coordinate with coaches to add extra classes or increase the participant limit. However, the class size limit must align with headquarters’ scheduling design. Thank you for your understanding and suggestions!
  1. Q: Classes fill up too quickly, making it hard to book popular time slots.
    A: We totally get it, those popular time slots are in high demand! Our schedule opens 7 days in advance, and most peak classes tend to fill up about 24–48 hours before. If you have a favorite time, we recommend booking early to lock in your spot. Don’t forget, cancellations must be made at least 3 hours before class starts to avoid a strike on your account. Thanks for your understanding and your feedback!
  1. Q: Could you offer an 11:00 AM class on weekdays? 10:00 is too early and 12:30 is too crowded.
    A: We regularly analyze booking numbers for each time slot and adjust accordingly. If there is stable demand for an 11:00 AM class in the future, we will consider adding it. Thank you for your valuable suggestion!
  1. Q: Please consider adjusting class durations to one hour and add evening classes at 8:30 or 9:30 PM.
    A: Thank you for your suggestion. We will evaluate if later classes can be added. However, class duration is standardized globally and designed by headquarters to maximize efficiency in training, so changes are not possible. Thank you for your valuable suggestion!
  1. Q: The cancellation window is too long. Could you add more weekend afternoon classes?
    A: Great question! We’ve tested cancellation windows from 1 hour to 12 hours over the years, and 3 hours has consistently struck the best balance; it gives waitlisted members a real shot at jumping in. That said, many weekend classes still have openings same-day thanks to that window! We’re always keeping an eye on demand, and if we see consistent full bookings, we’ll definitely consider adding more time slots. Appreciate the suggestion!

Flexibility of Class Passes and Membership Plans

  1. Q: Hope for more flexible usage of class passes, such as sharing or no expiration limits; or weekend-friendly plans.
    A: Thanks for the thoughtful feedback! We hear you. Some members are looking for even more flexibility beyond our current 1-class-per-week pass. While our current class-pack options are designed to support consistency, we do offer a per-fee extension if your pack is expiring soon; just reach out to us via our business LINE for help. We’re always evaluating our options and will keep everyone posted if new membership packs are added!
  1. Q: Can the waitlist system automatically fill spots in order? Also, please offer more special theme classes.
    A: To avoid members missing classes due to not noticing waitlist confirmations in time, we currently do not use automatic waitlist fill. We have tested this method and found that the probability of members and pack members missing class is common. The current method encourages members who want to attend to actively confirm their attendance. We are always scheduling special classes, so please keep an eye on our community updates and announcements. Thank you!
  1. Q: Please schedule special classes in the evenings or on holidays.
    A: Currently, special classes are scheduled on weekdays and holidays during mornings or afternoons, implemented simultaneously at Daan and Neihu. Please stay tuned for updates!

Facilities and Cleanliness

  1. Q: Membership fees increased but venue quality has not improved; air conditioning issues affect workout experience.
    A: We apologize for the unpleasant experience! Since the venue is leased, we cannot directly upgrade hardware facilities, so air conditioning repairs and upgrades are limited. However, we have repeatedly negotiated with the landlord and recently completed a full update of the air conditioning motors. You should currently feel noticeable improvements.
  1. Q: 1. Weekend classes are hard to book, can you increase class offerings? 2. Shower and restroom numbers and supplies are insufficient. 3. Discount plans lack appeal.
    A: Thanks for the detailed feedback—it helps us improve!
  1. We’re actively monitoring weekend booking patterns and will add more classes if demand is there.
  2. We’re working on better cleaning schedules and restocking routines, and we’ll look into facility improvements too.
  3. Since COVID, we’ve kept pricing consistent across memberships to ensure fairness and overall quality, but we’re always brainstorming ways to bring more value to your experience. Appreciate you taking the time to share!
  1. Q: Coaches speak too loudly during demos; some members don’t bring towels or wear outdoor shoes; floors are often dirty.
    A: Thank you for your observations. We will further control coaches’ speaking volumes and strengthen enforcement of rules such as dress code and towel use, as well as increase cleaning frequency for a more comfortable workout environment. We take pride in the cleanliness of our F45 studio and will continue to strive to keep our environment clean for our members and guests.

Coaching Quality and Course Content

  1. Q: Please mix members of different levels when assigning stations to avoid equipment conflicts; some coaches speak too loudly.
    A: Our internal training principle is to assign members of different levels to the same station when possible. However, if members arrive after class start, coaches must assign stations based on the situation. Thank you for your understanding and reminder. We will also remind coaches to control voice volume and balance audio to avoid discomfort.
  1. Q: Would like more detailed course introductions before class to better judge suitability when booking.
    A: We are working to provide more course information through our community and booking platform to help members understand class content beforehand, reducing uncertainty. When booking a class on our F45 Glofox App, please scroll down to see the course description. Thank you for your suggestion.
  1. Q: Please offer a weekly fixed yoga or stretching class.
    A: Great idea! While F45’s core focus is functional training, we’ve sprinkled in special yoga and stretch classes here and there as an added benefit for our members. We’ll discuss internally to see if we can expand stretch offerings beyond the post-class cooldowns. Thanks for the input!
  1. Q: Please add training content related to Hyrox competitions, such as official F45 X Hyrox classes.
    A: We are very attentive to the Hyrox trend and are communicating with coaches about offering regular classes. If feasible, these will be arranged at both Daan and Neihu locations. Thank you for your suggestion!

Rules and Safety Suggestions

  1. Q: Please relax the late attendance policy; it’s harder for members who drive from far away.
    A: Totally hear you. Commuting and parking can be tricky. To keep classes flowing smoothly (and safely), we do ask everyone to arrive on time. That said, we’ve recently made some adjustments: members can now join until the end of the stretch segment. If the class is full and you’re not there by start time, someone from the waitlist may take your spot. We’ll keep looking at ways to improve flexibility while maintaining class quality.   1. Q: Please prevent children from entering the gym as it can be dangerous.
    A: Indeed, gyms have many potential hazards. We will clearly remind all members to prevent children from entering workout areas to ensure everyone’s safety.
  1. Q: Some members take photos during class, affecting others and raising privacy concerns.
    A: We understand some members need to take photos, but we also want to protect everyone’s privacy and class quality. We will strengthen pre-class reminders and establish clearer regulations as necessary. Thank you for your rational suggestion.
