沿著美麗基隆河的和 F45 的夥伴們享受陽光🚴♂️✨
🗺️ 騎乘路線會沿著大直美堤那段的北側自行車道騎行，詳細路線可參考下方地圖。
沒腳踏車？
沒關係！
您可以租借 YouBike，或是在美堤租車站租借腳踏車。美堤租車站在集合點附近，交通超方便！
根據會員的分享，大部分人應該會選擇租借 YouBike。
（可以預先在 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 下載 YouBike App哦！）
如您計劃在美堤租車站租借腳踏車，別忘了在官方LINE 告訴我們，我們會於早上 8:15 出發前先繞過去接您，再一起開始兩小時的基隆河畔騎乘之旅！

因為天氣的關係，我們原本期待的單車活動要延期了。不過別擔心，我們決定將輕鬆單車之旅延期一週，下週六（5/3）的天氣預報看起來超棒的！

☀️ April Bike Ride – Let’s Soak Up the Sun Together!
April is here, and that means more sunshine (fingers crossed)! What better way to celebrate the change of season than with a relaxed bike ride?
No bike? No problem! You can easily grab a shared bike like YouBike* or rent one from Meiti Bike Rental — it’s conveniently located on the way to our trail.
From our talk with members looks like most of us will be using YouBike*.
*You can download the YouBike app from Apple App Store or Google Play
This will be a chill ride to enjoy the beauty of the Keelung River, good company with your fellow F45 crew, and some long-awaited sunshine. 🌞
🗺️ We’ll follow the north bike lane of the lake, as shown in the map above.
If you plan to rent a bike from Meiti Bike Rental, please let us know via our LINE account so we can coordinate a quick stop to pick you up at 8:15 AM, right before we kick off our 2-hour ride along the Keelung Riverside Bikeway.

Bad news—but just a small delay!
We have to postpone our much-anticipated bike ride due to the weather. But no worries, we’re just pushing it back by one week. Next Saturday’s (5/3) forecast looks perfect!
