Five years ago in 2020, Cliff, Shay, and Wesley found a spot in Neihu, moved in 8000 kilograms of equipment, and decided to bring the F45 experience to Taipei. It was a big leap into the unknown, but one fueled by belief, vision, and a love for community.
We officially opened our doors on June 1st, 2020. The world was just beginning to feel the impact of COVID, but Taiwan was still a safe bubble. Classes filled up quickly, and members came not just from Neihu but from all across Taipei, even from Taoyuan, Linkou, Danshui, and Banqiao. That kind of support pushed us to create something special, something we’re proud to say became one of the best fitness communities in Taiwan.
Of course, the journey hasn’t been without its challenges. When COVID eventually hit Taiwan and we had to close for three months, our community didn’t fall apart but it got stronger. You showed up for online workouts, stayed connected, and came back ready when the doors reopened. That resilience and loyalty are what set this F45 family apart.
Over the last five years, we’ve seen incredible transformations. Not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. The confidence, discipline, and support that have grown within these walls extend far beyond them. Our members don’t just show up for class, they show up for each other, at every event, challenge, and moment in between.
To our Foundation Members, thank you for believing in us before we had anything to show. You helped lay the groundwork for a culture that continues to thrive. To every member who has ever walked through our doors, whether you’ve been with us for five years or five days, you are the reason we’re here today.
To our amazing coaches, past and present, your passion, energy, and heart have shaped not just F45 Neihu, but also F45 Daan. You’ve helped build a space where people feel stronger, more confident, and more connected.
And to our newest members, welcome. You bring fresh energy and new stories, and we can’t wait to be part of your journey.
Five years in, and this still feels like just the beginning. Thank you for being part of it all.
