Playoffs 設計了 10 個不同的動作,每個動作個別執行45秒,休息15秒,10分鐘內即能完成所有動作檢測。這些動作涵蓋心肺耐力、協調性、爆發力,以及肌力耐力等等,讓你在短時間內全方位檢測自己的體能狀態。最棒的是,每個動作的節奏都可以根據個人狀態調整,所以無論你的體能水平如何,都能在這場挑戰中發揮最佳表現!

What are the F45 Playoffs?
F45 Playoffs features 10 dynamic exercises, each performed for 45 seconds with a 15-second rest in between. In just 10 minutes, you’ll complete a full-body fitness assessment that challenges your cardiovascular endurance, coordination, explosive power, and muscular strength & endurance. This comprehensive test provides valuable insights into your fitness level, and with adjustable pacing, participants of all levels can push their limits and perform at their best!
