1. 僅限新會員使用
此卡僅限從未體驗過 F45 的新會員兌換使用。
Single class pass can only be redeemed by new members who have never attended F45 before.
2. 現有或曾經的會員不得使用
此卡不得由現任或曾為 F45 會員者兌換。
Current or former F45 members are not eligible to redeem this single class pass.
3. 無現金價值
此卡不具現金價值，亦不得兌換或退還現金。
This single class pass holds no cash value and cannot be exchanged or refunded for money.
4. 僅限一次使用
每張卡僅可使用一次，不可重複兌換。
Each single class pass can only be redeemed once.
5. 需提前預約
所有課程需提前預約，不保證接受臨時報名。
All classes must be booked in advance; walk-ins may not be accommodated.
6. 不得與其他優惠或禮物卡併用
此卡不得與任何其他優惠、折扣或禮物卡同時使用。
Single class pass cannot be used with other promotional offers, discounts, or passes.
7. 有使用期限
請於卡片標示的有效期限內啟用與使用，逾期無效。
This single class pass must be redeemed and used before its expiration date.
8. 僅限指定據點使用
此卡僅可於 F45 大安與 F45 內湖使用。
Single class pass is only valid at F45 Training Daan and F45 Training Neihu.
9. 需透過官方管道兌換
請透過 F45 官方帳號兌換。
Please redeem this single class pass through our official F45 business line.
10. 濫用情況下 F45 有權拒絕使用
如發現卡片有偽造、篡改或濫用情形，F45 保留拒絕兌換與使用之權利。
F45 reserves the right to refuse redemption if the single class pass is found to be counterfeit, altered, or misused.
11. 最終解釋權
F45 保留對本單堂課程券條款及細則的最終解釋權。
F45 reserves the right to make the final interpretation of these terms and conditions of the single class pass.
