今年是 F45 和 SALT Collectiv 一起辦 Giving Tree 的第四年。內湖與大安兩館認養了 45 張願望卡，聖誕節前把禮物送到南港的東明扶愛家園（財團法人育成社會福利基金會）。這裡照顧的是有智能障礙與發展遲緩的朋友，每張卡上都寫著一個人的聖誕願望。
怎麼參加
- 11/20 之後，兩館都會擺出聖誕樹和願望卡（內湖館門口會掛上聖誕花圈）。從樹上選一張卡。
- 記下卡片底部的編號（YCDM-##）。
- 掃描店裡的 QR 碼，填寫你的資料和卡片編號。
- 準備禮物，預算最多 NT$1,000，12/11（五）前交到任一館。

Giving Tree 2026 (English)
This is our fourth year running the Giving Tree with SALT Collectiv. F45 Neihu and Daan have taken on 45 wish cards, and before Christmas we deliver the gifts to the Yu-Cheng Social Welfare Foundation home in Nangang (東明扶愛家園), which cares for people with intellectual disabilities and developmental delays. Each card carries one person’s Christmas wish.
- After Nov 20 the tree and wish cards go up at both studios (Neihu’s door will have a wreath). Pick a card.
- Note the code at the bottom of the card (YCDM-##).
- Scan the QR code in the studio and fill in your details and the card code.
- Gifts up to NT$1,000, brought to either studio by Friday, Dec 11.
SALT Collectiv is a group of international volunteers who serve vulnerable people and communities. They work with the home and organise the wish cards, and we deliver the gifts together. In 2024 our members granted 43 wishes and we handed the gifts over in person (2024 recap). In 2025 we granted 50 (2025 recap).
