10 月 31 日（六），F45 內湖和大安的當天課程都是 Trick or Train 萬聖變裝挑戰課。穿上你的萬聖節裝扮來上課，照常訓練就好。
每年的萬聖課，教室裡都有一堆讓人分心的東西：金色假髮配藍色洋裝，白面具加漁夫帽，戴著皮卡丘帽子划船，警察帽、魔法袍也都出現過。有人穿成這樣照樣把課上完，我們看了都想笑。今年你想扮誰？
獎品
我們會選出 3 位最有創意的變裝，每位都拿到：
- F45 內湖｜大安兩週會籍（價值 NT$2,999）
- MARS 乳清蛋白一個月份，30 入（價值 NT$2,400）
- Golden Armour 黃金甲維生素果凍一盒（價值 NT$999）
每位得主的獎品總價值 NT$6,398。
怎麼參加
1. 10/31 穿萬聖節裝扮，來上 F45 內湖或大安當天的課程。
2. 上課時拍下你的變裝照，越有梗越好。
3. 課程結束後 12 小時內，發 1 則 IG 貼文和 1 則限時動態。
4. 貼文與限時動態都標記 @f45_training_neihu、@f45_training_daan、@mars.taiwan、@ga12life。
課程結束 24 小時後，我們會在 F45 內湖、大安的 IG 公布 3 位得主。
別忘了帶毛巾和水瓶，戴上假髮和面具之前，先確認自己還看得到路。

On Saturday, October 31, the class of the day at F45 Neihu and Daan is Trick or Train, our Halloween costume challenge. Wear your costume and train as usual.
Our past Halloween classes have shown what that looks like: a blonde wig with a blue dress, a white mask under a bucket hat, a Pikachu hat on the rowers, a police cap, wizard robes. People finished the workout in all of it. What are you going as this year?
The prizes
We pick the 3 most creative costumes. Each winner gets:
- A two-week F45 Neihu | Daan membership (worth NT$2,999)
- One month of MARS whey protein, 30 sachets (worth NT$2,400)
- A box of Golden Armour vitamin jelly (worth NT$999)
That is NT$6,398 in prizes per winner.
How to join
1. On 10/31, wear a Halloween costume to the day’s class at F45 Neihu or Daan.
2. Take a photo of your costume during class. The funnier, the better.
3. Within 12 hours after class, post 1 Instagram post and 1 story.
4. Tag @f45_training_neihu, @f45_training_daan, @mars.taiwan and @ga12life on both.
24 hours after class ends, we announce the 3 winners on the F45 Neihu and Daan Instagram accounts.
Bring your towel and water bottle, and make sure you can still see where you’re going once the wig and mask are on.
