1. 僅限新會員使用
此禮物卡僅限從未體驗過 F45 的新會員兌換使用。
This gift card can only be redeemed by new members who have never attended F45 before.
2. 現有或曾經的會員不得使用
此禮物卡不得由現任或曾為 F45 會員者兌換。
Current or former F45 members are not eligible to redeem this gift card.
3. 無現金價值
此禮物卡不具現金價值，亦不得兌換或退還現金。
This gift card holds no cash value and cannot be exchanged or refunded for money.
4. 不可轉讓
此禮物卡僅限收到者本人使用，不得轉讓。
This card must be used by the person who received it and cannot be transferred.
5. 僅限一次使用
每張禮物卡僅可使用一次，不可重複兌換。
Each gift card can only be redeemed once.
6. 需提前預約
所有課程需提前預約，不保證接受臨時報名。
Class bookings must be made in advance; walk-ins may not be accepted.
7. 不得與其他優惠或禮物卡併用
此禮物卡不得與任何其他優惠、折扣或禮物卡同時使用。
This gift card cannot be used with other promotional offers, discounts, or gift cards.
8. 有使用期限
請於禮物卡標示的有效期限內啟用與使用，逾期無效。
This pass must be redeemed and used before its expiration date.
9. 無法暫停
此 10 天會籍一旦啟用即連續計算，不可暫停或延長。
The 10-day membership period starts upon activation and cannot be paused or extended.
10. 僅限指定據點使用
此禮物卡僅可於 F45 大安與 F45 內湖使用。
This gift card is only valid at F45 Training Daan and F45 Training Neihu.
11. 需透過官方管道兌換
請透過 F45 官方帳號或櫃檯人員進行兌換。
Please redeem this gift card through our official F45 business line or front desk team.
12. 濫用情況下 F45 有權拒絕使用
如發現禮物卡有偽造、篡改或濫用情形，F45 保留拒絕兌換與使用之權利。
