Last Saturday, we spent a fun-filled day together for our annual F45 Training Christmas Party, bringing our Neihu and Daan communities together.
The day was packed with fun games, challenges, and activities. Everyone had a blast. It wasn’t just a party, it was a celebration of our F45 community. Coaches, members, and friends alike made the day truly special.
At F45, we believe training is about more than workouts. It’s about connection. This day reminded us why our community is so valuable.
