第二階段：HYROX 專項訓練課程 (60 分鐘)

這將是 60 分鐘的專注訓練課程，設計目的是讓您為賽事做好準備，並使用全新的 Hyrox 專用器材。這些課程將會收取額外月費。
- 內湖館： 週末將有 1-2 堂課 (時間待定)
- 大安館： 週末將有 1-3 堂課 (時間待定)
為了確保您的訓練能為實際比賽做好最佳準備，我們特別訂購了更符合 Hyrox 標準的全新器材！這些專用器材將在一月抵達，與第二階段同步啟動。

🎉 F45 x HYROX Partnership is ON! 🎉
Because of the overwhelming demand from our incredible community, we are absolutely thrilled to announce our official partnership with HYROX! Get ready to challenge your fitness in a whole new way and push your limits!
To ensure your training perfectly prepares you for the actual race, we are also excited to announce that we have ordered brand new equipment that is more suitable for Hyrox standards! This specialized gear will be arriving in January to coincide with the launch of Phase 2.
We’re rolling this program out in two exciting phases:
Phase 1: F45 x HYROX Classes (45-60 Minutes) – FREE for All Members! You can experience the Hyrox style integrated into our normal format, with multiple new workouts introduced, absolutely free! (Note: Class times may slightly adjust from 45 min to accommodate the new 60 min Hyrox focus.)
- Daan Studio: Two weeks of Wednesdays, followed by two weeks of Fridays.
- Neihu Studio: Two weeks of Fridays, followed by two weeks of Wednesdays.
Phase 1 kicks off on: Wednesday, December 10th, 2025!
Phase 2: Dedicated HYROX Training Classes (60 Minutes) Dive deeper with focused, 60-minute training sessions designed to get you event-ready, utilizing the new Hyrox-specific equipment. These classes will have an additional monthly fee.
- Neihu Studio: 1-2 classes on the weekend (Details TBD)
- Daan Studio: 1-3 classes on the weekend (Details TBD)
Phase 2 and the arrival of the new equipment are planned to start in January. We will announce the specific fees and package details later this month! Spaces for these specialized classes will be limited, with a special offer and priority given to F45 members.
