課程特色:

✨ Follow The Leader 訓練模式
9 個站點,按照數字順序輪流進行,每完成一圈後,立即回到第一站繼續挑戰。


⏳ 不斷變化的時間設置
每一圈的訓練時間和組數都不一樣,讓您的心肺系統承受不同的強度刺激:

  • 第一圈:20 秒運動 / 10 秒休息,每站 3
  • 第二圈:40 秒運動 / 20 秒休息,每站 1
  • 第三圈:60 秒運動 / 30 秒休息,每站 1


☕ 45 秒補水休息
每完成一整圈,會有 45 秒的休息時間,讓您調整身體狀態,準備迎接下一輪的衝刺!

Push Your Limits—Varsity F45 Workout

Ready to push your cardiovascular endurance to the next level? Varsity is the ultimate F45 cardio challenge!

This workout is all about changing work periods and sets to constantly test your aerobic capacity and performance! 🏃‍♂️🔥

What to Expect:

✨ Follow The Leader System
9 stations, completed in numerical order. Once you finish one lap, you go straight back to Station 1 and keep pushing!

⏳ Changing Timings Every Lap
Each lap brings a new challenge, forcing your body to adapt:

  • Lap 1: 20 sec work / 10 sec rest, 3 sets per station
  • Lap 2: 40 sec work / 20 sec rest, 1 set per station
  • Lap 3: 60 sec work / 30 sec rest, 1 set per station


☕ 45-Second Hydration Breaks
After completing each full lap, you’ll get 45 seconds to recover before diving into the next round!
